SNORING & POOR SLEEP QUALITY

SNORING ISN’T NORMAL, AND IT’S NOT JUST A NUISANCE

Snoring is often an early sign of airway resistance or sleep apnea.

Chronic snoring can disrupt sleep, strain relationships, and signal underlying breathing problems. Over time, it may contribute to fatigue, headaches, and long-term health risks.

At Dream Sleep Centre, we evaluate the root cause of snoring and sleep disruption. Our goal is to determine why airflow is compromised and how to improve sleep quality — without surgery whenever possible.
